Marketplace items cannot be returned to a DX Fair Mall store to dxfairmall.com. If the seller of your item is anyone other than dxfairmall.com, please visit the Marketplace Information Page or find a list of Marketplace contacts here.
If an item you received from dxfairmall.com is damaged or defective, you can return it to us by mail or at any DX Fair Mall store.
How Do I Safely Return Hazardous Materials?
When returning items that are considered hazardous, special rules must be followed. Most hazardous materials may not be returned by mail, but you can return them to your nearest DX Fair Mall store.
To determine if your item can be returned by mail, follow the steps to return an item. If your item can be returned by mail, it will show up on the “Select an Item” page. If it doesn’t appear there, it cannot be returned by mail.
If your item is labeled ORM-D, it's still considered hazardous, but you may be able to return it by mail
If more than one type of item in an order needs to be returned, a separate shipping label must be created for each type of item.
For smaller items, you may package the items in the same box with all the separate shipping labels enclosed.

If you prefer to return an item by mail, please follow these instructions:
If you’ve requested a refund for an item that you haven’t yet returned to us, or that you can’t return (for an item that was never received or is too damaged to return, etc.) then we may ask you to sign a Return Agreement in order to begin your refund.
A return agreement is a legal agreement that that says you promise to return an item or confirms information about your order.
Here’s how the refund process works with a return agreement:
We’re sorry, but except in states where required by law, our Gift Cards and eGift Cards can’t be exchanged for cash. However, if you return merchandise purchased with a DX Fair Mall Gift Card, the refunded amount will be credited directly back to your DX Fair Mall Gift Card.
Please do not throw away your DX Fair Mall plastic Gift Card unless you are sure of your purchase, and make certain you save your DX Fair Mall eGift Card email.
If you decide you no longer want a warranty you bought for a product, or decide to return the product itself, you can return the warranty within the limits of our Returns Policy.
Warranties and Product Care Plans cannot be returned in store, even if the related product is under warranty to a store contact Customer Service.
You can also cancel your warranty or Product Care Plan by surrendering it or providing written notice to: N.E.W. at Product Care Plan (Wal-Mart), PO Box 1818, Sterling, VA 20167.
If you cancel an order that contains a warranty or Product Care Plan, we will automatically refund you for the warranty or Plan. Contact Customer Service if you do not receive an email regarding your refund within 24 hours of your item being confirmed as cancelled.

If you did not receive your warranty email after purchasing a Product Care Plan, please call DX Fair Mall Product Care Plan support at 1-877-968-6391. Be sure to check your junk mail or spam folder to see if the email was delivered there.
Credit Card, ATM, Debit or Check Card Refunds
Gift Card, eGift Card or PayPal Refunds
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment and the funds should be available within 5 business days.
Cash Refunds
If you used the Pay with Cash payment method to pay for a dxfairmall.com order in a DX Fair Mall store, you can choose to pick up your refund at a customer service counter, or have us mail you a refund check. You will receive an email requesting your refund preference if an item is canceled.
