No Longer Want the Items You Ordered 

We're happy to accept any returns within the terms of our Return Policy. You can return items by mail or at any DX Fair Mall Store.

 

Your Order is Damaged or Defective

You can return it for a refund or a replacement.

 

Your Order is Missing Items or Parts

Check to see if it was split into multiple shipments.

 

If items or parts are still missing, please contact customer service.

Marketplace Returns

Marketplace items cannot be returned to a DX Fair Mall store to dxfairmall.com. If the seller of your item is anyone other than dxfairmall.com, please visit the Marketplace Retailer Information Page.
