Features Available With Online Access to a Pharmacy Account

Most dxfairmall.com Pharmacy features require you to sign up to gain online access to your Pharmacy account. The secure nature of our online access allows you to view your private Pharmacy records. You'll be able to view your prescriptions online, order refills, set medication reminders, set up auto refills, check order status, review order history, and view and print medical expense reports.


Online Access to Your Pharmacy Account (Accessing Your Prescriptions Online)

To access your prescriptions online, the following is necessary:

  1. Sign in to your dxfairmall.com account if you haven't already.
  2. If you haven't already done so, you will be shown detailed instructions on how to sign up to access your Pharmacy account. You'll need the prescription and store number of a DX Fair Mall prescriptions you've filled within the last 18 months. You can also click New Pharmacy Customer on the Pharmacy main page to learn more about Pharmacy account features and then click Sign Up Now.
  3. If you've previously signed up, just answer your security question.
  4. Select "View Status & History" from the list of options on the left side of the page.

You can also start by clicking the link mentioned in step 4 and sign in when you are prompted.

Your entire prescription history for the past 24 months will be displayed.

Once you've signed up for online access to your Pharmacy account, you can download our mobile app to your smart phone to access your account on the go.


Protection for Your Prescription Information

When you sign up for online access to a Pharmacy account, you'll be asked to pick one of two security methods for future sessions. You must select one of the options below as the method you'll use each time you access protected areas of the Pharmacy:

Date of Birth - Enter your date of birth;

-or-

Question and Answer - Choose three different security questions and provide the answers. Each time you access a protected area of the Pharmacy, you'll be presented with one of those three questions to answer. A correct answer will grant you access to your Pharmacy records.

Whenever you return to your Pharmacy account, you'll be asked to enter your date of birth or an answer to one of the three security questions you chose as your security method.


Why Online Access to a Pharmacy Account Might be Disabled

You can make up to three attempts to sign in. After the third failed attempt, online access to your Pharmacy account will be disabled. To access your Pharmacy account again, select View Pharmacy Account on the Pharmacy main page, then follow the instructions on the Sign Up page to restore access. This is another way your prescription information is protected.

You can also choose to disable online access to your Pharmacy online. If you've disabled it, you can create it again by selecting View Pharmacy Account on the Pharmacy main page and follow the instructions on the Sign Up page to restore access.


Editing Your Pharmacy Profile Information

You can edit your personal information in Pharmacy using the links under the Pharmacy Profile heading on any Pharmacy Account page once you're signed in to access your Pharmacy account. The information your profile currently contains will be displayed in the following sections:

  • Contact Information
  • Insurance Information
  • Security Settings
  • Payment Method (Rx Express Pay)

You can edit information in each of these sections except Insurance Information, which must be changed in person at your local DX Fair Mall Pharmacy. For your security, you must also visit a DX Fair Mall Pharmacy in person to change your name, gender, date of birth or the alternate address associated with your account.

You can edit your email address by going to your dxfairmall.com account profile. Your dxfairmall.com account and your Pharmacy account share this email address.


Providing Insurance Information

To provide your insurance information, please bring your current medical insurance card to your local DX Fair Mall Pharmacy. This helps ensure you receive the prescription insurance coverage to which you're entitled.


Change Your Insurance Information

To change your insurance information, please bring your current medical insurance card to your local DX Fair Mall Pharmacy. This helps ensure you receive the prescription insurance coverage to which you?re entitled.


How the Prescription Expiration Notification Works

If you choose to receive the Prescription Expiration Notification, we'll send you an email whenever one of your DX Fair Mall Pharmacy prescriptions is nearing its expiration date.


Using Rx Express Pay

Rx Express Pay conveniently and securely stores your credit card information in our Pharmacy system, automatically billing your credit card for prescription amounts not covered by insurance when you pick up your prescription in the store or have your prescriptions delivered to your home.

At the Pharmacy, you just sign for your order and go. Once you have online access to your Pharmacy account, it's simple to set up Rx Express Pay.

Just sign in and select Payment Method (Rx Express Pay) from the left-hand navigation bar. You will need to provide a credit card number and expiration date.


Editing the Credit Card You Use for Rx Express Pay

To edit the credit card you use for Rx Express Pay, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your dxfairmall.com account if you haven't already.
  2. Access your DX Fair Mall Pharmacy account by answering your security question.
  3. Once you're signed in, you can select Payment Method (Rx Express Pay) on the left side of the page.
  4. On the Edit Rx Express Pay Information page, click "Use a different card."
  5. Enter new Rx Express Pay information.

You can also start by clicking the link mentioned in step 3 and sign in when you are prompted.


When Your Pharmacy Order Is Charged to Your Credit Card

After you've picked up and signed for your order at your DX Fair Mall Pharmacy, the amount of your Pharmacy order not covered by insurance is charged to your credit card.


Updating Your Date of Birth

To modify your date of birth if it is incorrect, you must visit your local DX Fair Mall Pharmacy.
